Shipping & delivery
Where we ship — NuClean ships within the UK only.
Free standard delivery — every order, no thresholds.
Next-Day Delivery — £2.99 at checkout, orders before 1pm Mon–Fri dispatched same day.
Dispatch times — Standard: within 1 working day, typically 2–4 working day delivery. Next-Day: dispatched same day before 1pm cutoff, next working day delivery.
Tracking — provided on all orders via email.
Bank holidays/weekends — no Sat/Sun/bank holiday dispatch.
Lost or delayed parcels — email alex@inwc.co.uk and we'll resolve.
